Longtime friends Jim Harbison and Ana Davis worked together on various projects for over 15 years before founding Habit Goods, Inc. in 2010. They’ve always been drawn to the visual power of vivid motifs and their ability to elevate everyday objects to something sophisticated and timeless. The Habit aesthetic incorporates abstracted natural elements, bold shapes, and high-impact color.

Ana Davis is a graphic designer with an extensive resume of successful products sold at Target, Kohl’s, Babies R Us, and Barnes and Noble. Jim Harbison has over 20 years experience in the production of goods, working with overseas factories and suppliers. His blog, Modern Craft (2007-09), showcased the best of modern design and contemporary art. He’s been featured in ReadyMade magazine, Apartment Therapy, Design*Sponge, Crane’s Chicago Business, and Chicago Interiors.
